Wavemakers Completion Certificate
To earn your Wavemakers Completion Certificate, you must:
Attend at least 4/9 Wavemakers sessions, including a minimum of 2 mentor group sessions (S2, S4, S6)
Contribute to the group project (demonstrated through project workbook exercises, team member/mentor feedback and the final project presentation)
Ensure your final project is submitted and your name is included
Complete both the Entry and Exit surveys

How You Earn Your Wavemakers Digital Credentials
Wavemakers awards digital credentials to recognize the Future-Proof Capabilities you strengthened during the program.
How it works:
Throughout the program, you complete short self-assessments in your entry survey, midpoint survey, and exit survey.
Your digital credentials are based on the capabilities where you showed the most meaningful growth.
A maximum of 3 credentials can be awarded per student.
Credentials are issued after you complete the program.
Digital Credentials earned through active participation and demonstrating key capabilities.

Active Problem Solving: Identify issues, brainstorm solutions, choose the best option, take action, and evaluate outcomes.
Communication: Listen actively, express ideas confidently, show respect, empathize with diverse perspectives, and respond appropriately.
Critical Thinking Skills: Observe, stay curious, and approach problems systematically.
Initiative: Act proactively, seek knowledge independently, persevere through challenges, and seize opportunities others might overlook.
Innovation: Develop and implement new ideas to solve persistent problems and enhance efficiency.
Leadership: Influence and motivate others to work towards a common goal.
Resilience: Handle stress, adversity, and uncertainty with strength.
Social & Emotional Learning: Manage emotions, set positive goals, show empathy, build relationships, and make responsible decisions.
Systems Thinking: Understand the bigger picture, exploring interconnections and perspectives to assess relationships.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively towards a shared goal.
Team Commendation: Awarded to Wavemakers student teams that demonstrated exceptional collaboration and professionalism during their team project, because how a team works together is just as important as what they create. Teams may earn this commendation by consistently excelling in at least two of the following areas:
Collaboration: Making decisions together and ensuring every member’s voice was heard.
Innovation: Generating multiple ideas before selecting a final solution.
Adaptability: Adjusting plans based on new information or constructive feedback.
Inclusive Communication: Communicating in ways that respect and support the diverse needs of all team members.
